Kuala Kubu Baru - Sarang by the Brook

My next trip was to Kuala Kubu Baru or known as KKB. This little garden town has a history. Used to be a battle ground during the Selangor malay sultanate struggle. It was an important British Administrative district. Suffered a flooding which destroyed the old settlement. Its a beautiful little town with lots of greenery. One the cleanest, quiet towns surrounded by lush jungle,

My family, my bro-in-law's family stayed overnight @ Sarang by the Brook. Shipping containers turned into a mini motel room style in the jungle surrounding.

Arriving @ Sarang by the Brroke. Waiting 2 check in.

There's a small swimming pool to dip and play with rubber tyre float. It was fun for the kids.

Enjoying the local flora and fauna. There's a river flowing in the jungle, you can hear the sound of the stream.

Highlight of the night - BARBECUE. Each cabin will be provided with Barbecue Set it comes with charcoal and flamer. You need to bring your own food to barbecue.

Breakfast is provided self service. Nasi lemak is served as per each Cabin numbers or Each Group booked. Bread, Coffee, Tea & Milo is free flowing. You need to wash up after use.

Kuala Kubu Bahru is a small town, it is clean and quiet place, suitable for retirement. It has a laid back to it. Some of the scenic photos of the old section of the town i took.
